Obverse dies of 1832
1832 was a busy year for Mint workers swapping out dies. Production in 1832 was the second lowest of the series at 965,000 but a plethora of dies were used. Five obverse dies were used in conjunction with ten reverse dies creating fourteen different die marriages and nine additional remarriages. Several R-4 and R-5 varieties are noted along with the extremely rare LM-9.1 (R-6) and the LM-9.2 (R-7)
